Carbon Intelligent begins by creating a digital profile of the company, including its activities, operating context and reporting needs. AI then uses this context to determine which carbon-accounting methodology applies, what evidence is required, and which operational data the organization should collect.
Its knowledge base is enriched by sustainability standards and regulations from around the world. Instead of presenting a generic checklist, the platform guides users through a methodology-aware process for gathering evidence, completing calculations and documenting how each result was produced.
This approach creates a traceable, audit-ready carbon-data foundation that can be reviewed, updated and reused as reporting requirements evolve. It also helps organizations identify missing information earlier, before it becomes a problem during assurance or regulatory submission.
Regulatory readiness
The system is designed to prepare organizational and emissions data for evolving requirements and sector frameworks, including the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), and related international standards.
